As a company founder and president, very little competes with the pleasure of seeing your organization and all the employees recognized for exceptional work. When the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Alliance (SBA) announced that Adesis was a 2021 Superstars in Business winner, the pride was evident from our laboratories, offices and our sales team across the country.
This good news comes at the end of one of the hardest years to date. The resiliency and commitment of our team working throughout the oscillating health regulations brought on by the pandemic, and helping our clients meet their goals was inspiring. Adesis leadership showed courage and determination and always remained totally accessible to their teams. Being a 2021 Superstars in Business recipient is unquestionably made possible by the tenacity and focus of our remarkably disciplined, generous and innovative Adesis employees.
This was a year of accomplishments and growth.
- Achieving ISO 9001 certification and never stopping production was only the tip of the iceberg for our 2020-2021 efforts
- Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we expanded our lab space to allow for more analytical research and manufacturing development
- We grew the Adesis team of chemists by 16% over the course of 2 years
- Donated 1.75 Metric Tons of hand sanitizer
We love being in Delaware and the combination of our location, state-of-the-art laboratories, responsive project teams and the smartest, most adaptable chemists in the world makes Adesis the trusted choice for biotech and pharma. Adesis has transformed the CRO business by solving very complex problems quickly and safely.
